SHIPPING & RETURNS
When will my order Ship?
We aim to ship out products 1-3 business days after purchase. Please be aware that some of our products are made to order. All shipping info is listed on each product page.
How long does shipping take?
It depends on the shipping speed you selected.
If something doesn’t work out, you can send most items back within 30 days of delivery*.
- Start the return process within 30 days of receiving your item.
- We inspect all returned items. The product must be in new and unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.
- Shipping costs will be taken out of the refund in cases of buyer’s remorse returns, such as an item didn’t fit, didn’t like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc.
- If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will either refund the cost of merchandise and shipping, OR send you a replacement item. Your choice.
- If you receive the wrong item, we will send you the correct one and pay for return shipping on the wrong item.
- Items on sale are final. No returns or refunds will be allowed.
- Custom items are final sale. No returns or refunds will be allowed. Except in cases of manufacturer damage.
- Items shipped by freight.
Are your products really made in the USA?
YES! All our materials are sourced domestically and the production is done in our sister companies shop in Maltby Washington. And any coating work is done by local small businesses that specialize in metal finishing. So by purchasing our products, you are supporting multiple small American owned and operated businesses!
What's the deal with the APEX brackets? Why should I care about stainless steel?
Our entire APEX bracket line comes in stainless steel (as opposed to cold rolled or mild steel.) This is important because stainless steel is incredibly resistant to corrosion. Meaning they can hold up to the elements and be used for both indoor and outdoor applications.
I was looking for a different color or design on one of your products. Is it possible to customize existing products?
YES! We are always happy to customize any of the products we make. Please contact us to start this process. email@example.com
Do your products come with any warranty or guarantee?
All of our products are backed by a one year structural warranty. Should your product fail or have a manufacturing defect, please contact us to begin the exchange process. However, this warranty does not cover scratches or damage to the finishes of the product.
