SHIPPING POLICY

At Cascade Manufacturing we work hard to insure your products arrive safely and efficiently.

We ship small orders via UPS or USPS.
Large items ship via freight line.

Item size is determined by several factors, including weight, size of the package and the number of packages needed to ship. If any of the above factors are more than allowable by UPS and USPS, the order will need to ship via pallet freight.

LEAD TIMES AND OPTIONAL EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Most stock and cut to size orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. Out of stock or fabricated items will take 1 to 4 weeks.

If expedited shipping is selected in your shopping cart (there is an additional fee):
stock items should ship the next business day.

If your order is extremely time sensitive, please call us at 360-756-9700 to discuss your deadline. We will do all that we can to meet your needs.

PALLET FREIGHT

Orders that cannot be shipped via UPS or USPS must ship on a pallet. Please contact us for rates.

INSPECT YOUR DELIVERY!

Accidents happen! It is important that you inspect your delivery.

UPS/USPS GROUND DELIVERIES

If there is damage, refuse the delivery. If the driver leaves package without a signature, call Cascade Manufacturing for assistance.

PALLET FREIGHT DELIVERIES

If there is damage, note the damage on the delivery ticket or refuse the delivery if you cannot use it in the delivered shape. Once the freight bill is signed as received in good condition, we are not able to assist with a freight claim as the freight company will not honor any claims. You can always call us while the driver is still there and we can assist you.
